The EcoCMK Balance Board is made of painted and lacquered plywood, in the shape of a skateboard with dimension 77x33cm and a cork hemisphere with a diameter of 20cm and a height of 7cm. The board has limiters for stopping.

This board is ideal for skate, surf or snowboard lovers. It allows similar exercises in the comfort of your own home during winter or even in outdoor conditions, as it is made of durable materials.

There are plenty of videos in the virtual space with exercises or tricks for building muscles and training for balance or coordination.

The set contains the balance board and a cork hemisphere. Other accessories such as cork roller or cork half cylinder can be purchased separately.
