The estimated delivery time is displayed on the page of each product, at the time of viewing the product. The firm delivery time is displayed at the time of completion of the order. It is important not to forget that simply adding the products to the cart does not represent the firm order. The delivery time is calculated from the moment of firm confirmation of the order by the sales operator (by telephone and / or invoicing message). For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery time will be calculated from the time of receipt in the CORKMARKET account of the full payment.
CORKMARKET undertakes to send the products contained in the order accepted in the door-to-door courier system, to a delivery address in the territory of Romania, respecting the delivery time displayed on the website in the product page.
The ordered products can be picked up and personally, from the delivery points in Bucharest, within the agreed time interval for each order. These time intervals are valid during the program with the audience of the online store. If the time intervals displayed on the product page do not overlap with the scheduled hours, delivery is considered delayed until the next working day with the public. Unpaid orders with pickup from the delivery points are kept for a maximum of 48 hours (working hours), calculated from the moment of receipt of the message with the delivery arrangement. If the package is not picked up within this period, the order will be cancelled.
For each delivery will apply the tariffs of the partner courier company, according to the calculation displayed on the order. Delivery for the products included in certain promotions will be made according to the regulations of the respective promotion which will be explicitly announced on the site.
Information about STOC:
The delivery time essentially depends on the physical availability of the product. The stock information is visible on the page of each product and is updated periodically. The status can be displayed in the variants presented below and must be interpreted as follows:
- Available in stock: the product is in stock in a quantity that we estimate as sufficient for the current rate of sale. For these products the delivery terms displayed on the website are in real time and should not be confirmed with the sales consultant.
- Supplier stock: the product is in the supplier's stock, and 95% can be delivered. However, to eliminate surprises, its availability and delivery time will be confirmed by the sales consultant.
- Available on order: the product is not in stock of the store or in stocks located at the national level. We will try to find it at other external suppliers and bring it on special order, the duration of this process varies, usually, between 15 and 30 days. The availability of the product and the delivery time will be confirmed by the sales consultant.
- Customized product for you: products that are modified according to your requirements. For these products the estimated delivery time is 5 days. However, to eliminate surprises, its availability and delivery time will be confirmed by the sales consultant.
- Soon: new product, to be launched and marketed on the site.
The delivery time must be confirmed with the sales consultant in the following cases:
– order containing products”Stock supplier” – order that contains products with the status “available on order” - order that includes products with status “Customized product for you.” – order which contains agabaritic products from the category “Bathroom” and category “Kitchen” – due to their volume and/or weight storage and packaging may cause delays which will be announced in time by the operator.

Transportation and reception
All products are properly prepared in order to maintain their integrity during transport.
The products will be shipped together with the following documents: tax invoice, related warranty certificates, user manuals provided by the manufacturer or the importer. The absence of any of these documents must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the products by mail to info@corkmarket.ro
In cases where you will not be found at the mentioned delivery address, within the agreed time frame, the courier will contact you to agree on the details of a new delivery. If the delivery is not completed at the second attempt, the package will be returned to us and we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be able to restart the order from the site.
If the billing and delivery information you have provided to us proves to be incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee compliance with the delivery terms. We will try to contact you, within the time available, to establish a new deadline for the order. If we do not receive any sign from you within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If the number of packages differs from that specified in the transport documents or the packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them by drawing up a note in the presence of the courier and report this incident to us within one hour by email to service@corkmarket.ro or by telephone. Any subsequent claim regarding these aspects will be deemed null and will not be considered.
Special delivery conditions
During the delivery period, external factors may occur which may cause delays independently of our will or the courier: unfavourable weather conditions, accidents, other traffic jams. As soon as we become aware of the occurrence of these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible about the situation of the shipment.
