The products purchased through Corkmarket.ro are new, in original packaging and benefit from warranty according to the legal provisions and policies of the manufacturers. The warranty does not extend to consumables.
If at the time of receipt you find a lack of warranty certificate of the product, please notify this within 48 hours of receiving the product by email info@corkmarket.ro. Any subsequent notification will not be taken into account.


Products purchased through the Corkmarket.ro website can be accompanied by two types of warranty certificates: (1) guarantee certificates issued by the manufacturer / importer, or (2) warranties issued from ZERO MAS OFFICE s.r.l., the company operating the site.
(1) In the case of warranty certificates issued by the manufacturer / importer, the claimed defective product during the warrantys period must be presented directly to the nearest service centre mentioned in the warranties certificate. This centre, authorized by the manufacturer / importer, will take full responsibility for solving the warranty. You should be aware that, in this case, the way of granting the warranty as well as the conditions of warrancy inscribed in these warranties, including the mode of transport, prevail over the warrantia conditions published on this site.
(2) Products with warranty certificates issued by ZERO MAS OFFICE s.r.l. will be solved in CORKMARKET partner services, after testing and assessment of the defect.


The shipment of the products for which the warranty has been approved is offered as a gift by Corkmarket.ro.
To benefit from free shipping when sending these products in the CORKMARKET service, Buyers will send a message to the email address service@corkmarket.ro, to which they must attach the signed and scanned Service Bill (the form can be downloaded from here) after which they have to wait for our message confirming the registration of the request with a registration number.


If all fields have been filled in correctly, the Buyer will receive the approval of the application and details for sending the product within 24 (maximum 48) working hours.
After receiving the approval, the Buyer can send the product, accompanied by the registration number received in the previous message (pentru identificare rapida, recomandam ca numarul de inregistrare sa fie trecut pe documentul de transport).


The buyer can follow the entire return process in his account.


In order to be able to benefit from the warranty, when sent into service, the product must be accompanied by the following:

the purchase invoice of the product in original (or a copy thereof); the commercial warranty certificate in original, correctly completed with all the data; the accessories and documentation with which the product was delivered; the brief description of the claimed defect; all the documents relating to the guarantee issued by the manufacturer or importer, delivered together with the product, in the original packaging (e.g.

It is advisable that the product is sent into service in the original packaging, to ensure its integrity at shipping. Products damaged during transport due to incorrect packaging will not be accepted in warranty.


The products are identified in the commercial warranty certificate on the basis of the trade name, code and unique serial number (S/N), where applicable. The partial or total deletion of the serial number (S/N) from the products, the rupture, damage, modification or removal of the identification labels or warranty seals leads to the loss of guarantee. Loss of the warranty certificate or invoice leads to loss of the guarantee. We cannot issue duplicates for the warranty certificate. The guarantee period specified in the commercial warranty certificate starts from the date of invoicing and is extended accordingly by the period of failure, calculated as the interval from the time of registration in the service unit (date of entry into service) until the product is brought into normal use. The safety of the product sent into service is entirely the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller assumes no responsibility for the packaging or transport of defective products on the Buyer-Seller route.


The warranty is granted either by repairing the product, deleting it or replacing it. Replacement is done within the existing stock limit or when the stock is renewed.
Service operations carried out during the warranty period can be recorded both in the original warranties certificate and in separate documents. These documents become an integral part of the Guarantee Certificate. The warranty period is extended by the time during which the products were in service, calculated until the day of notification of their settlement to the Buyer.


Solution of the defect is notified to the customer by e-mail (pe baza datelor inscrise in Fisa de intrare in service). If the Beneficiary refuses to receive the product or does not respond to the corresponding email within 15 calendar days, the product will be considered abandoned and can no longer be claimed.


Conditions for not granting the Warranty


The warranty is NOT granted to products, parts of the product or components that, in our opinion or the authorized service (mentioned in writing) have failed due to:


Errors of installation, installation and / or maintenance; negligence or neglect (failure to observe or non-observance of the information in the instructions for use); improper handling, (strikes, cracks, scratches); use of products in improper conditions (inappropriate water quality, no-landing sockets, improper power supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, in conditions of moisture, dust, hazards, under the action of chemical substances etc. mechanical or plastic interventions on products by unauthorized persons; change of the original condition of the device caused by storage in impropriate conditions and by accidents; mechanical, electrical, electric, electromagnetic, chemical etc. (composites / burns or plugs, surfaces, discharges of liquids or other metals inside).In the event of an unjustified claim to grant the warranty (due to the erroneous belief that there would be a defect), the Buyer is obliged to pay the countervalue of the product investigation work fixed at the value of 50 Lei including VAT per claimed reference. Payment for the return of the product by courier is borne by the Buyer. For products sent in service that have as the final result “unmanifested defect”, “ok test” or “annulment of warranty”, the cost of shipping will be borne by the Buyer.

The re-sealed products are products with original open packaging, perfectly functional, tested by our technical department. There is a possibility in certain cases that the packaging of these products or their accessories may present minor damage. Also, these products may show slight traces of wear, such as surface scratches. All these aesthetic defects are mentioned in the product description.


The promotions of which new products benefit do not apply to re-sealed products.
The methods of purchase, delivery and payment for re-sealed products are the same as in the case of similar products new, sealed.


Because these re-sealed products benefit from lower prices compared to similar sealed products, in some cases it is possible to offer a shorter commercial warranty period, specified as such in the product description.


Re-sealed products cannot be returned on the grounds of one or more aspects mentioned in the product description.
