The buyer can request the return of products purchased from the CORKMARKET online store in the following situations:
The products are not in conformity with the specifications on the website
If the ordered product proves not to be in conformity with the specifications of the CORKMARKET offer, the Buyer may request its return.
The products have been delivered in error by the Seller
In the case of delivery in another quantity or of another product, the Buyer must report the incident to the Seller within 24 hours of actual receipt in order to return the product.
The products prove to be non-functional within the first 48 hours of receipt (DOA).
If the product received proves to be non-functional within 48 hours of actual receipt, the Buyer may request replacement with a functional product by written notification sent within 48 hours of actual receipt of the product. (details on how to notify below on this page)
For any of these three cases, if the return is accepted, the Buyer may choose to replace the returned product with an identical product. All shipping and/or handling costs in case of replacement of this product are borne by the Seller.
If an identical product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may choose to replace it with another product or to refund the full value of the product.
If replacement with another product is accepted, if the product is more expensive, the Buyer will pay the difference, and if the value of the replacement product is less, the Buyer will receive the corresponding partial refund. In either case, any shipping and/or handling costs will be borne by the Seller.
If the Buyer opts to recover the value of the product, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer including the value of transport and/or handling, where applicable.
Unsealed and commissioned/tested products may not be returned as not in working order upon collection from one of the Seller's delivery points. Products will not be taken back at the delivery points. The products will be returned through the courier service agreed by the Seller to the address: Preciziei 13F, Bucharest 062202.
Any problems related to compatibility between the products purchased from the online store www.corkmarket.ro and others that the Buyer owns or is going to purchase are not the responsibility of the Seller.
The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and documents received upon delivery of the products.
The return will be refused in case of damage to the products or in case the Seller finds that the products are unsaleable.
In case of repeated returns, when it is considered that the Buyer's actions were with malicious intent, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.
Return notifications and Obtaining the registration number:
To return the products, the Buyer will send a message to the email address service@corkmarket.ro, to which he must attach the standard return form signed and scanned (the form can be downloaded here) after which he must wait for our message confirming his request with a registration number.
If all fields have been filled in correctly, the Buyer will receive approval of the request within 24 (maximum 48) working hours.
After receiving the approval, the Buyer can send the product, accompanied by the registration number received in the previous message. Products returned without approval or registration number will not be received.
