According to the legislation in force, the waiver of purchase is applicable only to buyers individuals (details in O.G. No. 34/2014 on consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for modification and supplementation of certain normative acts).


Thus, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that he withdraws from a distance contract without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Purchaser or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer, enters into physical possession of the product.


The product will be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, in the original packaging complete and with all the labels intact, with all accessories, consumables and related gift products, together with a copy after invoice and warranty certificate in original. The buyer who waives the purchase in accordance with the law will bear the direct costs related to the return of the products (art. 14 (2)).


The seller will return the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from this contract. The amount will be reimbursed in the same payment methods as those used by the Buyer for the initial transaction, unless the Purchaser has agreed to another payment method and provided that it is not the buyer's responsibility to pay commissions following the refund. The refund may be deferred until the date on which the Seller receives the products. Any shipping and handling charges, related to the original order, are not returned.


The waiver of purchase cannot be invoked in the case of:


products supplied according to the specifications of the Buyer, on the basis of special order.
Identical products discharged in the case of the purchase of several pieces (more than 2) of products showing signs of damage (cracks, blows), installation, use, wear or consumption of products that present the series completely or partially erased, traces of electrical shocks to products without the original complete packaging in which it was delivered or without the warranty certificates in the original of products whose delivery was made at the warehouse of the Seller.
In these cases, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return, to demand a fee for bringing the products to the marketable state (new product, re-sealed product or second-hand product) or, at the Buyer's option, the product will be re-expended to him at his expense.


In the case of products purchased in promotional campaigns, for which incentives were received of which the buyer benefited before requesting the return (e.g. vouchers of purchases already redeemed by the purchaser), the seller reserves the right to retain the countervalue of the incentive from the amount refunded.


In the case of repeated returns, when it is considered that the Purchaser's actions were malicious, the Seller has the right to claim damages interests to the Buyer, under the conditions of applicable legislation.


Notification of withdrawal from the distance contract:


The buyer who wishes to withdraw from the purchase, will send a message to the email service@corkmarket.ro, to which he must attach the standard form signed and scanned (the form can be downloaded from here) after which he has to wait for our message confirming the registration of the request with a registration number.


Approval of the application is made within a maximum of 48 working hours and will be notified by an automatic message together with details for sending the parcel. The parcel must be sent through a courier providing "door-to-door" services accompanied by the return registration number. Products returned without prior notice or without registration number will not be taken into account and the receipt of the product will be refused.
