The EcoCMK Balance Board is made of painted and lacquered plywood, in the shape of a skateboard with dimension 77x33cm and a cork cylinder with a diameter of 11cm and a length of 40cm. The board has limiters for stopping.

This board is ideal for skate, surf or snowboard lovers. It allows similar exercises in the comfort of your own home during winter or even in outdoor conditions, as it is made of durable materials.

There are plenty of videos in the virtual space with exercises or tricks for building muscles and training for balance or coordination.
